Boating Safety Courses

At Instruct NY, we believe that everyone has the potential to learn and enjoy being a safe boater, regardless of their background, age or experience. Our philosophy is simple, learn with us and get certified, that's why we guarantee passing, even if you have to re-test OR your money back!
